Many young people see others' 'happy' lives on social media and think their own lives are worthless. They need to be told that much of what they see on social media is not real. Self-worth is not based on external recognition, but on one's own inner strengths and qualities.

A healthy lifestyle is very important for a healthy mental state. Young people should:
