Advice (in blog form):

Life is really hard, Sara Rahman. I know how you are feeling right now. Sometimes we feel so alone, so overwhelming, but remember, you are not alone. Many people go through moments when it seems like nothing is working anymore, and we are about to sink into the depths of life. But the reality is, such moments are actually part of our lives, an important chapter that teaches us to think in new ways.

Here are some things to help you think:

  1. Believe in yourself:
The knowledge and experience you have is invaluable. You are a teacher, meaning you have the power to change people's lives. Your profession is your strength, because you know how to teach and help people. You can learn from the lessons of your own life.

  2. Don't be short-sighted:
After all, success doesn't happen overnight. A long journey is made up of small steps. It's normal not to achieve big things in one day. It's even necessary to take some time off from life to reflect.

  3. Seek help from others:
Don't feel alone. If you can talk to someone about your problems, you can get advice from them. Even a small piece of advice can make a big difference.

  4. Set small goals for your improvement:
The goal you had may have become much bigger now. Now break it down into smaller goals. Achieving each small goal will make you more confident.

  5. Learn something new:
Sometimes we get tired of following the same old path. Learning something new, exploring a new subject, or trying to see your profession from a new perspective feels like a new lease on life.

Finally, I would like to say that even when everything seems dark, the light may take a while to come, but it will definitely come. Start a new journey from wherever you are. No matter how hard it may seem, walking on the path to success is never in vain.

Best wishes to you, Sara Rahman. You will shape your life in your own way, have faith, you have the power to walk your path.
